60 double-unders
15 chest to bar pull-ups
10 power cleans, 185#/115#
60 double-unders
15 chest to bar pull-ups
5 power cleans, 225#/145#
60 double-unders
15 chest to bar pull-ups

15 minute time cap
adjust weights as needed

GRIND:

A1. Single Arm Bent Over Row (3 x 10 each side)
A2. Single Arm Overhead Carry (3 x 40 yards Each arm )
Carry a dumbbell or kettlebell

B. With a partner, alternating exercises, complete:

AMRAP x 15 minutes

40 double-unders or single-unders
20 KB swings, ru. or am.
10/7 calorie bike
