9 hspu
6 hang power cleans, 185#/125# or 60-70% 1RM

GRIND:

A1. Single Arm Bent Over Row (3 x 8 each side)

A2. Axle Bar Zercher Carries (3 x length of gym and back)

B. AMRAP x 16 minutes

run 100 m
12 DB hang clean and jerk, 6 each
