Tall kneeling rotational throw 3 x 8 (each side)
kneeling throw 3 x 8
Choose an agility ladder exercise and complete 3 times through the ladder between each set of med ball throws. Mix up agility drills each set.
SPORT:
A. Power Clean (2RM)
Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy double
SPORT & GRIND:
B. 8 sets each (4 minutes)
