Power Clean
minute 0-2 2 reps at 70%
minute 2-4 2 reps at 75%
minute 4-6 2 reps at 80%
minute 6-8 2 reps at 75%
minute 8-10 2 reps at 80%
minute 10-12 2 reps at 85%
minute 12-14 1 rep at 80%
minute 14-16 1 rep 85%
minute 16-18 1 rep at 90%
rest 10 seconds between reps.
B. EMOM x 16 MINUTES (4 rounds)
minute 1- Double-under
minute 2- Kettlebell swing
minute 3- Power clean 135/95
minute 4- Rest
