Bike for max calories
You will be a team of 4, working in 2 groups of 2 athletes. The workout begins with one athlete on the bike, one on the erg and the other 2 running with a sandbag, sharing the load as they wish. The sandbag run is to the 400 meter marker. As soon as the runners return from the run they will bike or row, and the other two athletes will begin the run. When the athletes return from the run they will again trade with the other group. If they biked before the run, they will now row. If they rowed before the run, they will now bike.
total calories from bike + total calories from row + total calories from run (40 calories for every completed run).
