A1. Single Leg barbell deadlift 4 x 6 (each leg)

A2. Superset with 4 x :30 hollow body hold

B. Power Clean 6 x 1.1.1 (climbing)

1.1.1= 1 rep followed by a 10 second rest

increase weight each set. rest 2 minutes.

C. Assault Bike

6 sets

:10 sprint @ 100%
:50 rest
