Assault Bike calories x 60 sec @ 70- 80%
rest 30 seconds
*double-unders/reverse lunge x 30 sec
rest 60 seconds
Score individual reps
Score is total calories + lunges +(double-unders/4)
example- 150 cal +150 lunges +(300 double-unders/4) = 375 reps
*complete double-unders for the first 5 rounds and then reverse lunges for the next 5 rounds.
