complete 1 set for max reps of strict pull-ups

scaling- banded strict pull-ups.

B. The Chief
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
start from the beginning each round. only score completed rounds.

female weight- 95#

C. After Burner
10 minutes to complete:

Alternating between the two isometric holds, accumulate three minutes in the bottom of a squat and 3 minutes hanging from the pull-up bar with a supinated grip.
