B. In teams of three, complete four rounds each, conga-line style, of:
Bike 25/17 calories
15 power cleans, 135#/95#
RX+, 155#/105#
Partner A Bikes 25/17 calories, as soon as the Bike is available, Partner B jumps on while Partner A moves on to Power Cleans. Partner C remains at the resting station until Partner B completes the Bike. Team rotates through as quickly as possible, with only one team member biking or doing power cleans at a time.
