In teams of 4, complete 4 sets (40 minutes) for max calories of:
Bike 2 minutes
rest 3:00
Row 2 minutes
rest 3:00
Athlete A and B will start on the bike and rower, respectively. Athlete C and D will begin at the rest stations. At the 2:00 mark athlete A and B will move to the rest station and athlete C and D will move to the bike and row station. At 2:30 athlete C and D will begin biking and rowing. Athlete C and D will bike/row until the 4:30 mark at which time athlete A and B will now move to the row and bike station, beginning at the 5 minute mark.
