then:

2 x 8 As heavy as possible

or

2 sets x max reps with same weight

complete some reps partner assisted if necessary. Note all scaling options used in comments.

use bodyweight or bodyweight + added weight for scoring.

B. 4 sets

20 db snatch, 50#/35#
40 double unders
20 wall ball shots, 20#/14#
40 double unders
