Back Squat (3 x 90% x 1, rest then 80% x 4)
Rest 2 minutes between set of 1 and set of 4
Add weight each set of 1 if possible
GRIND:

Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 8 each leg)
Single leg squat with rear foot elevated
B.
Banded Tricep Push-down (3 x 10)
SPORT AND GRIND:
3 sets
In 3:30
Run 400 meters
Max wall ball shots in remaining time
Rest 2 minutes
