ladder drills
A2. Every 4 minutes, for 12 minutes (3 sets)
rotational med ball throw x 6 each side
partner med ball toss x 8 each
cossack squat x 8 reps each leg (barbell or kb)
partner med ball toss- med ball chest pass from knees
B. 2 rounds
run 800 m
50 kb swings
