A. Bulgarian Split Squat 4 x 6 (each leg)
Single leg squat with rear foot elevated

B. With a partner, alternating full rounds, complete:

4 rounds each

10 burpees
20 jumping lunges, total
10/7 calorie bike

SPORT:

A. Front Squat (2 x 5 @ 90% of 5RM)
no pause

B. With a partner, alternating full rounds, complete:

5 rounds each:

8 burpees over the box
12 dumbbell shoulder to overhead, 6 each arm (50#/35#)
24 double-unders
