4 sec down
2 sec pause
explode up
1 sec pause
B. EMOM x 12 minutes
minute 1- :40 lateral db hops
minute 2- :40 db box step over or lunge
minute 3- :20 max calorie bike

I greatly appreciate how you guys allow people to access the workout of the day because I am in Nebraska and don’t really have a CrossFit gym close to me so I do this on my own
