Then, alternating exercises, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in remaining time of:

30 Floor Wipers (L + R = 2 reps)
30 Double-Unders
30 Front Rack Lunges 105/65 (15 each leg)
30 Pistols, alternating
30 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatches 50/35

 

B.

2 sets

Barbell bicep curls

1 set = 10 at the bottom half range of motion, 10 at the top half range of motion and 10 full range of motion.
