Build to a heavy split jerk, then complete 2 x 2 @ 85% of today’s heaviest lift.

B. FRONT SQUAT 5 x 3 @ 78%

C. EMOM x 12 minutes

minute 1- max reps of double-unders
minute 2- run 100 meters
minutes 3- max reps of toes to bar in :30
