A. Agility Ladder
B. Farmer’s Carry (3 x 50 meters)
As heavy as possible
carry one kb or db in each arm. If your grip is failing, set the kb or db down for 2-3 seconds and then continue. Rest as needed between sets to repeat the effort.
C. In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
run 200 meters
10 burpees over the box
rest 2 minutes
