**one partner will row while the other partner completes a 100 meter kettlebell farmer’s carry (53#/35#). The kettlebell must remain off the ground the entire 12 minutes. You may alternate hands as you wish but you may not set the kettlebell on your shoulder. Rowers will be lined up on the far side of the gym in front of the squat racks.
score = total calories rowed + completed carries. Each completed carry counts for 20 calories. A 50 meter carry counts for 10 calories.
