20 banded or fat bar glute bridge
overhead carry, down and back, ea. arm
B. AMRAP x 8 minutes
12 kb swings
12 kb reverse lunges, suitcase style
12 v ups
C. 3 sets for max time
chin above bar hold
rest 1-2 minutes between
supine grip
