  • 1 minute of kettlebell swings.
  • Rest 1 to 2 minutes
  • Repeat 3-5 times

To get ready for a full marathon, this WOD will be great:

  • 20 pull-ups
  • 30 push-ups
  • 40 sit-ups
  • 50 air squats
  • Rest 3 three minutes
  • Repeat at least 5 times
