E2MOM x 14 minutes

min 6-8- 85%
min 8-10- 90%
min 10-12- 95%+
min 12-14- 95%+
min 14-16- 95%+

B. Front Squat (find a 3RM @ 3131)

3 seconds down
1 second pause
3 seconds up
1 second pause

C. In 7 minutes:

run 800 m
in remaining time, max reps of alternating db snatch, 50#/35#
