Find a 5rm then 2 x 5 @ -10%
A2. Single Arm Bent Over Row (3 x 8 (each arm))
B. Teams of 3, conga line style, complete:
Bike 15/9 calories
Alternating db snatch x 20 reps
Partner A begins on the bike, as soon as bike is available, Partner B jumps on while Partner A moves on to db snatches. Team rotates through as quickly as possible, with only one team member biking or doing db snatches at a time.
