6 Push Jerks
run 200 meters

GRIND:

A. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (3 x 8-10 (each leg))

Stand on one leg with hip extended. Place the bottom of the other foot on the wall with the leg at a 90 degree angle. Hold a kettlebell in each hand and hinge at the hip, keeping your planted leg straight and back flat, lower your torso until the kettlebells reach the floor.

8 DB Reverse lunges (each leg)
8 Ring Rows or pull ups
Run 200 meters
