example:

set 1- 155 x 5 reps
set 2- 165 x 5 reps
set 3- 175 x 5 reps
set 4- 150 x max reps

B. take 5-6 minutes to build to 70%

then:

AMRAP x 15 minutes

5 Wall-Ball Shots, 20#/14#
3 Handstand Push-ups
1 Power Clean, 225#/155#

Scaling
