10 Push-ups
15 Squats
GRIND:
A. Goblet Squat (4 x 6-8 @ 3111)
KB Goblet Squat
Can sub barbell tempo front squat if desired.
B. AMRAP x 20 minutes
run 200 meters
4 rounds of “Cindy”
CINDY:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Modify as needed with banded pull-ups/push-ups, jumping pull-ups or ring rows.
