15 Overhead Squats, 95# / 65#
choose a weight you can complete unbroken

GRIND:

A. Box Squat (5 x 5)
sit to a bench or ballistic block

B. 4 rounds

400 m run
5 DB/KB goblet squats
5 DB/KB oh lunges (right)
5 DB/KB oh lunges (left)
