***start with an empty prowler and add 15/10 lbs. after every complete rep (see below)

Scoring

1 complete rep = all team members push down and back.

**If you complete this with a partner instead of teams of 3, complete as a 10 minute EMOM. Every minute on the minute both partners push the prowler down and back.
