max burpees over erg in remaining time
score = total burpees

REST 2 MINUTES

B: With a partner, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

15 kb swings + 10 toes to bar or hanging knee raise

scale for hanging knee raise-
:30 plank hold

REST 2 MINUTES

C: With a partner, alternating, complete max reps in 7 minutes of:

sled push down and back
down + back = 1
