THURSDAY OPEN GYM 07/30/15

Thursday Open Gym should be utilized to do the following:

Rest or Run/Row/Bike 20-30 min at a recovery pace
Mobilize
Make up a WOD missed earlier in the week
Retest a benchmark
Accessory work
Practicing technical weaknesses (gymnastics, olympic weightlifting)
Sled work

minute 1- assault bike x 12/8 calories
minute 2- wall balls x 10
minute 3- burpees x 7
