then:

Even: 45sec Assault Bike at 80% Max RPM
Odd: 30 DUs

Rest 5min

EMOM x 10 minutes

Even: 45sec Row at 80% Max Watts
Odd: 10 BBJO 24/20 (or :45, whichever comes first)

Log total cals on AB and Rower.
