B. EMOM x 15 minutes

min 1- 30-40 double-unders
min 2- 10/7 calorie bike
min 3- 5-7 box facing burpees

Each exercise should be completed as fast as possible. Time cap for double-under completion is :40.

RX+ 45-50 double-unders

scale- 40 single unders
