B. GRIND:

10 db or kb push press
10 jumping pull-ups

Partner B bikes while partner A completes 1 round of the metcon. Switch after each completed round.

SPORT:

AMRAP x 22 minutes

With a partner, complete:

run 100 meters
10 box jump overs
8 hspu
6 bar muscle-ups or 12 c2b

Partner B bikes while partner A completes 1 round of the metcon.
