A. Close Grip Bench Press 3 x 5 @ tempo 31X0 (climbing)
Bench press with a narrow grip. Grip should be shoulder width or slightly inside shoulder width.
After your first 3 sets, complete AMRAP at -20% with no tempo but under control. Post total reps in results.
B. In teams of 3, complete:
AMRAP x 24 minutes
station 1- 100 m sandbag run
station 2- burpees
station 3- bike for calories
score = reps of burpees + calories
Alternate after every 100 meter run. score individual reps.
If team of 4- 1 person shadows. If you only have 2, alternate after 60 seconds when no athlete is on the run station.
