set 2- staggered (1 overhead/ 1 rack)
set 3- staggered (1 suitcase/ 1 rack)

B. With a partner, alternating exercises:

AMRAP x 12 minutes

10 db snatch
10 v-ups
10 cal row

SPORT:

A. Power Snatch (6 x 2)
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes
