GRIND:
A. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift 3 x 8 (each leg)
hold a kb in each hand
keep toes of elevated leg pointed towards the ground. Try to avoid rotation of torso and hips. Place foot on wall if needed to maintain proper positioning. Lower and raise at the same tempo.
