SPORT:

A. Deadlift (3RM, then no deficit -20% for AMRAP unbroken)
2″ deficit

B. EMOM x 10 minutes

Odd- 5 Power Cleans, AHAP
Even- 5 Muscle-Ups

GRIND:

A. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift 3 x 8 (each leg)
hold a kb in each hand

keep toes of elevated leg pointed towards the ground. Try to avoid rotation of torso and hips. Place foot on wall if needed to maintain proper positioning. Lower and raise at the same tempo.

B. 4 sets each

:30 work
:30 rest

station 1- calorie bike
station 2- slam ball or db snatch
station 3- ring rows
