B. 6 rounds

200 m run
6-8 db push press, each arm
6-8 ring rows

15 minute time cap

SPORT:

A. Deadlift (3×3 @ 90% of 3RM )

B. 5 rounds

400 m run
10 shoulder to overhead, 135#/95#
5 bar mu or 10 pull-ups

15 minute time cap
SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD MUST BE UNBROKEN
