After each set of 5 reps (should be close to a 5rm each set) rack the weight for 15 seconds and then perform an additional set for max reps (generally 2-3 more reps).

B. Complete 4 sets for max reps of:

15 power cleans, 135#/95#
run 200 meters
max push-ups in remaining time.
