Min 1- 10/7 calorie bike
Min 2- 20 wall ball shots
Min 3- 30 double-unders
Complete each exercise as quickly as possible and rest in the remaining time. All reps should be done within :40. Choose ball weight and scaling options accordingly. Wall balls should be unbroken.
