station 1- Zercher carry x :45
station 2- single leg kb rdl x 8 each leg
station 3- strict pull-ups x 8-10 reps

choose a method that allows you to complete 8-10 challenging strict reps

B. DB/KB DT

5 Rounds for time:
12 DB/KB Deadlifts
9 DB/KB Hang Power Cleans
6 DB/KB Push Jerks

SPORT:

A. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes, complete:

handstand push-up x 8-12 reps
single arm db/kb ohs x 6-8 ea. arm
strict banded chest to bar pull-up x 10-12 reps

B.

5 Rounds for time:
12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#
6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
