If doing 5 pull-ups or less, do negatives.

B. GRIND:

5 rounds

12 kb/db waiter squats
8 kb/db push press (r)
8 kb/db push press (l)
200 meter run

waiter squats- alternate sides after every 6 reps

SPORT:

Bear Complex

7 reps of each without resting the barbell on the floor = 1 round

Complete 5 rounds
