B. EMOM x 15 minutes (5 sets)

min 2- :40 dead bugs
min 3- :40 single arm kb push press (:20 each arm)

:10 left arm
:10 right arm
:10 left arm
:10 right arm

SPORT:

A. Push Press (4 x 3 @ 85%)

B. EMOM x 15 minutes (5 sets)

min 1- 7 power clean (not tng)
min 2- 7 shoulder to overhead
min 3- 7 hspu

choose a manageable but challenging load and maintain across all sets
