A. Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 8 each leg)
Single leg squat with rear foot elevated
load with a barbell in the back rack position
B. Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Snatches, 115#/75#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 4 cycles
start from the beginning each round. Score full rounds only.
