supine band pull-apart on foam roller
B. 2 rounds (12 minutes)
Complete 2 sets for max reps at each station of:
station 1) ab mat sit-ups, :30/ :30 rest
station 2) battle ropes, :20 work/ :10 rest
station 3) burpees over the block, :30 work/ :30 rest
stagger start stations
Complete 2 minutes at each station before transitioning.
