SPORT:

A. Snatch Grip Push Press (5RM)

B. AMRAP x 10 minutes

80 double-unders
20 toes to bar
20/15 calorie bike
stagger as needed

GRIND:

A1. Arnold Press (3 x 8)

A2. Band Pull-Apart (3 x 8)
supine band pull-apart on foam roller

B. 2 rounds (12 minutes)

Complete 2 sets for max reps at each station of:

station 1) ab mat sit-ups, :30/ :30 rest
station 2) battle ropes, :20 work/ :10 rest
station 3) burpees over the block, :30 work/ :30 rest

stagger start stations
Complete 2 minutes at each station before transitioning.

Example:
station 1- min 0-2
station 2- min 2-4
station 3- min 4-6
station 1- min 6-8
station 2- min 8-10
station 3- min 10-12

score total burpees over the block + ab mat sit-ups
