A1. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (3 x 8 ea.)
Stand on one leg with hip extended. Place the bottom of the other foot on the wall with the leg at a 90 degree angle. Hold a kettlebell in each hand and hinge at the hip, keeping your planted leg straight and back flat, lower your torso until the kettlebells reach the floor.
A2. Single Arm Upright Row (3 x 8 ea.)
B. AMRAP X 11 minutes
Run 200 meters
20 Single arm russian kb swings (10 ea)
Switch hands every 5 or 10 reps
