Healing a Sore Neck

Your neck is made up of seven vertebrae. These disk shaped bones are what gives your neck the support it needs, and they act as shock and stress absorbers as well. This is one of the biggest reasons you should work out these muscle groups in a safe and efficient way.
Where Can a Sore Neck Come From?
As we mentioned above, a sore neck can hit you almost anytime. I’ve kinked my own neck up by just brushing my teeth – true story! However, lots of times a sore neck come from sleeping incorrectly. This could be the biggest cause. Sore necks can develop from bad posture and sitting too long. Others will develop sore necks from sports injuries. Weightlifting, bodybuilding, and CrossFit can also bring upon a sore neck. Using incorrect forms and lifting with bad posture can put an enormous amount of strain and pressure on your neck.
